Creating an Upscale Fully-Furnished Residence for Elites

The concept behind One Sino Park is to provide a fully-furnished upscale residence, allowing occupants to settle in effortlessly. The design team has meticulously incorporated the "living system" and "socializing system" into the living and dining areas, creating an enclosed layout of furniture that meets the residents' living and socializing needs.

What sets One Sino Park apart is its focus on sustainability and environmental-friendliness. The project utilizes silicone material, a new high-tech product that replaces genuine leather. This material is non-toxic, harmless, and easy to clean, making it both practical and eco-friendly. Additionally, local original fabrics are used instead of imported ones, reducing resource consumption during transportation.

Spanning an area of 510 square meters, One Sino Park is a testament to the expertise of GT.Deco's design team. Led by Senior Chief Designer Yang Jun, the team includes Senior Assistant Designer Gu Yi and Assistant Designer Hu Yinying. Their systematic thinking and understanding of the occupants' living habits and practical needs were crucial in creating this upscale fully-furnished home.

One Sino Park is not just a residence; it is a lifestyle. Situated in Shanghai's Huangpu District, the design team has seamlessly integrated the "living system," "health system," and "socializing system" into the overall space. The result is an upscale private residence that redefines luxury living for elites.

The project began in December 2019 and was completed in July 2020. It is located in the heart of Shanghai, China, offering residents a picturesque view of the Huangpu River. Drawing inspiration from luxury residences worldwide, One Sino Park combines dynamism and tranquility, creating an idyllic living environment.

GT.Deco's design for One Sino Park was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2022. This prestigious accolade recognizes the project's well-designed, practical, and innovative nature.
